Stuff people usually ask
How long does a project take?
Logo projects typically run 2 to 3 weeks. Brand identity projects are usually 4 to 6 weeks. Posters and flyers can often be turned around in a week. Timelines depend on how quickly we move through revisions — staying responsive keeps things on track.
Do I need to be in Upstate New York to work with you?
Nope. The majority of my work is remote. I’ve got clients in upstate, but I also work with businesses all over the United States and beyond. Everything happens over email and video calls — it works well.
How do revisions work?
Every project includes two rounds of revisions after the initial concepts are delivered. A “revision round” means you send me your consolidated feedback and I incorporate it. If we need to go further, we’ll talk about what makes sense — I’m not trying to nickel-and-dime you.
Do you work with nonprofits?
Yes, and I genuinely enjoy it. Nonprofit budgets are usually tighter, and I can often work within them. Reach out and tell me about your project — we’ll figure out what’s possible.
What file formats will I get?
You’ll get everything you need for both print and digital use. That’s typically SVG, PDF, PNG, and JPEG. If you need something specific for a sign vendor or printer, just tell me and I’ll package it properly.
Do you do websites?
Design, yes. Development, no. I can design a website and hand off the files to a developer or work alongside one if you’ve got someone in place. I don’t do builds myself.
